Whether it is talking about the box office successes of 2022 or talking about path-breaking films, or films that have taken us back to our roots in terms of culture, definitely the name “Kantara” stands tall. That’s the reason, even in some Bollywood debates where star Hindi heroes and heroines are taking part, talking about Kantara became an essential thing.
However, India’s national crush, Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna has created a storm by saying that she hasn’t watched the film Kantara yet, though she debuted with Rishab Shetty’s film in Sandalwood. Later, Rishab Shetty gave a retort to her in an interview, and that led to a big commotion, while Rashmika later stated that she has watched the film and messaged the team. Lots of Kannadigas have trolled Rashmika brutally while some film biggies from the industry commented that she should be banned. Giving a short and negative answer regarding Kantara is her mistake if we have to say.
When quizzed about the same Kantara, however, upcoming Kannada beauty Sreeleela hasn’t made any such mistakes. “Of Course!! I’ve watched the film and it is tremendous. I’m from Karnataka and I’m very happy about Kannada movies doing well all over the country. That’s a very proud moment. In our Kannada industry, we have the biggest hearts” the youngster said, during the promotions of “Dhamaka” movie.
At this juncture, even Sreeleela is on the path like a Rashmika after she did ‘Chalo’ movie here. The Dhamaka starlet has nearly a half-dozen Telugu movies in hand, and one success is enough to make her a top heroine here.
