Ace producer Dil Raju has become the talk of the town ever since he started giving lots of interviews to media houses to promote himself and his upcoming film Varissu featuring Tamil superstar Vijay in the lead. During one of his latest interviews, things went super hot, as the ace producer stated that he is not going to stand for Tollywood anymore.
Speaking about the way his name is getting surfaced in every single issue including Karthikeya 2 not getting theatres and tiff with Mythri Movie Makers which led to the latter opening a distribution office in Nizam, Raju stated that his name is getting dragged into every issue in Telugu industry because he’s standing for everything.
“I think I should stop standing up for things in Tollywood as everyone here works only for selfish and commercial reasons. Otherwise, I’m getting targeted by all as I’ve super stuff and became saleable content on websites”, Raju commented. More than that, he made some stunning comments as well inside the interview given to a web portal as he stated that the tiff with Mahesh Babu raised due to the hero listening to everyone, and commented that maybe hero Nikhil has cried and pulled his name as part of promotional strategy to make Karthikeya 2 reach people.
Anyway, the producer clarified that he is going to release his Varasudu in all the theatres he has as that’s how business works, and stated that if Mythri Movie Makers meet him and ask theatres for Chiranjeevi and Balayya’s films, then he will think about giving some screens to them. Well, one wonders why Raju suddenly became intolerant towards Tollywood.
