AP Tourism minister Roja provoked a dialogue war against the Mega family. The other day Roja said that there are six to seven heroes from the Mega family and anyone who comments against the Mega heroes, their (small time actors) existence would be threatened in the film industry.
Roja went on to cite the example of Movie Artists Association (MAA) elections. “If Mega family has the industry support, why did actor Prakash Raj who contested for the MAA President role, lost the elections?” questioned Roja.
Actor Brahmaji responded to Roja’s comments and he took a jibe at her. “I was never asked by Mega family to campaign for them or join their political party,” tweeted Brahmaji and in a satirical manner, he said that he is a small actor but why are you scared? Brahmaji is a huge fan of Megastar Chiranjeevi but he keeps himself away from politics. Here he only replied to Roja’s comments who was trying to degrade the actors by calling them ‘small time actors.’
Though Roja is ranting against the Mega family, none from the family have reacted. During the promotions of ‘Waltair Veerayya’ Chiru countered softly that he feels pity that the so-called politicians approach him and speak nicely but they show their true colours when they confront the media.
With such statements against Mega family and actors, Roja is unnecessarily inviting criticism towards her.
