On February 17th, actually we are supposed to see the big clash of some of the happening films including Vishwak Sen’s Dhamki and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Shaakuntalam. But to anyone’s surprise, the teams of these two films are not doing any hefty promotions for some time. And here is how they broke the ice finally.
The makers of Vishwaksen’s Dhamki announced that there is lots of pending CG work and due to that they have no option but to postpone the release of the movie. “#DasKaDhamki stands postponed due to pending CG work. The New Release Date will be announced soon 🔜 Eesari Theatres lo ichipadedham 🤙”, tweeted Vishwaksen, thus disappointing his fans.
“The theatrical release of #Shaakuntalam stands postponed. The new release date will be announced soon 🤍”, wrote Guna Teamworks on their social media page, thus confirming that they are not going to release the film as said. Reacting on the same, as her fans got upset due to the postponement, even Samantha said, “I promise you it will be worth it 🤍” on her social media page.
Well, it looks like Kiran Abbavaram’s Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha (Feb 17) and Santosh Shoban’s Sridevi Shobanbabu (Feb 18) got all the space now for a big release.
