The Story Of Sir Takes Place In Border: Dhanush

Published by

Dhanush is debuting in Telugu with the upcoming Telugu-Tamil bilingual Sir directed by Venky Atluri. The film’s trailer was launched yesterday to a superb response from all corners. The trailer launch event was attended by Dhanush, Samyuktha Menon, Venky Atluri, Naga Vamsi and others.

Dhanush while speaking at the event said there is no language barrier and everyone watches movies in different languages if the content is good. He also revealed the backdrop of the movie.

“Tamil cinema, Telugu cinema, Malayalam cinema, Kannada cinema, and Hindi cinema were different earlier. Now, we are enjoying movies of all languages. Now, there is only one industry, and that is the Indian cinema industry.

The story of the movie takes place in a village which is situated on the border of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The cultures of both states co-occur. I am happy to make my Telugu debut with such a story. I’m thankful to Venky Atluri and Naga Vamsi for the opportunity.”
