Those were the days when Tollywood celebs used to throng Prasad’s IMAX for the 8:45 am show of new releases before the lockdown. Even ace director Rajamouli loves watching the First Day First Shows of his close friends’ movies and any movie that impressed him, along with his family members.
Not stopping with simply watching the movies, Rajamouli also writes mini reviews on Twitter. He didn’t give up that habit even after becoming a nationwide celebrity and continued it until the lockdown. Jakkanna has been watching a lot of OTT content since the lockdown began.
Rajamouli and his family have watched V in their home theater last night. The audiences include Rajamouli’s wife Rama, son Karthikeya, Keeravani’s sons Kaala Bhirava and Simha, Rajamouli’s close friend and producer Sai Korrapati and a few others.
Rajamouli shares a special bond with V’s hero and his Eega actor Nani and never misses the FDFS of the Natural Star’s movies. V is the most prominent among all other recent Telugu movies that released on OTT platforms over the last 6 months.
However, with V getting not so favourable reviews from critics and audiences, Rajamouli has not said anything about the film. This led to speculations that Rajamouli didn’t like V and that’s why he is maintaining a pindrop silence.
