Many say that the luck factor is what you need to become a star and the likes of Megastar Chiranjeevi and Prabhas also opined multiple times that they are what they are because they are lucky. And now, it looks like young heroine Sreeleela, who has Telugu origins but grew up in Karnataka, should also feel this power of luck.
Though her debut film PelliSandaD is not even an average film, Sreeleela has captured the attention of everyone and she bagged films like Raviteja’s Dhamaka and Nithin-Vakkantam Vamsi movie. And now, she is playing leads in films of Mahesh Babu (#SSMB28), Vaishnav Tej and Vijay Devarakonda, while signing Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh as well. And if we have to say, there are some factors that contributed to this rise of Sreeleela.
More than her dances and acting prowess, it is the lack of star heroines at the moment that created a large vacuum for Sreeleela to bounce upon. The likes of Pooja Hegde are stuck with back-to-back flops, while other biggies like Samantha and Rashmika are eyeing Bollywood a lot rather Telugu film industry. Like how Rashmika stormed Tollywood by bagging back to back biggies when Pooja Hegde is busy, Kajal Aggarwal focused on marriage, and Samantha went to Bollywood, even Sreeleela is in the same position now.
Though Kriti Shetty is also an option for many star heroes, her limited set of expressions, and a bit of conservative nature in terms of going eye candy on the screen, have tilted all the favours towards Sreeleela.
