Natural Star Nani’s Dasara entered 100 Cr club coincidentally on the day the team celebrated the success. The event called Dasara Blockbuster Daawath was held in Karimnagar. The makers officially announced the news of Dasara grossing 100 Cr worldwide in its 6 days run.

Nani disclosed that it’s Srikanth’s proposal to organize the event in Karimnagar. He also recalled what the director told the co-director, before they began the film’s shoot. “‘For an actor like Nani, we should see a 100 Cr gross poster, told Srikanth with his co-director and his words came true with Dasara.”

He also clarified on a sequel for Dasara. “Dasara will not have any sequel. It’s a single piece.” Nani expressed his displeasure over those who discouraged him for the kind of movies he did. “Many people questioned and discouraged me saying whether I was doing right, in terms of the stories of my movies. Every one of you has dreams like me. Don’t listen to people around you. There are people who spread negative talk about movies on social media.”

He said the success belongs to his director Srikanth Odela, producer Sudhakar Cherukuri and other technicians. “Our hard work for the movie is paid off with your support. If someone discourages you, tell them Baddhal Bashingaalaithay. Jammivetti Chepthunna Etlaithe Gatlaithadi. I also thank industry people such as Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Rajamouli, Sukumar, and others those who lent their support.”

Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri who is contented with the success gifted his director Srikanth Odela a swanky BMW car and he handed over the keys on the stage. And, the team members were presented with 10 grams of gold each.
