Nani proved his business stamina with his last outing Dasara which is turning out to be the biggest grosser in his career. Though the movie was made on a massive budget, it recovered all the investment and provided profits.
Currently, Nani is shooting for his 30th movie under the direction of debutant Shouryuv in Goa. Though the movie is still in the production stages, it is getting huge business deals.
T Series, a leading music and production company in Bollywood started buying straight movies and they shelved out a whopping 7.1 Cr to acquire the audio rights of Nani 30.
The makers hit a jackpot with this deal, given this is a staggering price for a Telugu movie. This indeed is the highest-ever price for a Nani starrer.
Though a few movies of Nani flopped, most of them were musical hits. Perhaps, that’s the reason for T Series to offer such a big amount.
Earlier, digital (streaming) rights of the movie were sold for 36 Crores which was again the highest for Nani. Satellite and other rights too expected to trade for record prices.
Seems like, the non-theatrical business deals alone will provide huge profits to the makers.
Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala of Vyra Entertainments are producing the movie, while Koti Paruchuri is the COO.
