Popular actor Ali’s talk show Alitho Saradaga had a glorious run on ETV for many years. Recently, the makers decided to conclude the show even though it had been generating excellent TRP ratings every week. After Alitho Saradaga’s exit, ETV came up with a new show named Ala Modalaindi.
This show is hosted by popular comedian Vennela Kishore. This is his first hosting stint. Noted production house People Media Factory is running this show. It was launched a few weeks ago and focuses on unknown stories about popular Tollywood couples.
Until now, Vamshi Paidipally and his wife, Nikhil Siddhartha, and his wife, Rajasekhar and Jeevitha, and Manchu Manoj and Bhuma Mounika Reddy were seen on the show.
We don’t know if Ala Modalaindi will surpass Alitho Saradaga’s popularity but as of now, audiences have opined that the show is engaging and Vennala Kishore is pulling it off quite well.
When it comes to Alitho Saradaga, Ali was able to interact with all the guests equally, considering his experience in the film industry. Be it Manchu Mohan Babu or Brahmanandam, Be it Kota Srinivasa Rao or SPB, Ali was able to strike up some candid conversations with all of them.
Ali was even able to ask some controversial questions in a smooth manner. For instance, his questions to Allu Aravind about the split with the Mega family caught everyone’s attention. Considering the seniority Ali enjoys in films, guests felt comfortable and opened up on the show.
But, Vennela Kishore does not have a big experience compared to Ali. Still, Kishore has good relations with most of the actors in the film industry. Only time will decide if Kishore is also able to make his guests comfortable and talk about anything, including controversies.
