The brutal murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy just before the 2019 general elections grabbed national attention. This case witnessed many twists and turns in the last couple of years and it took a completely drastic turn with the Supreme Court setting a deadline to the CBI which is probing the case.
Now Viveka’s case has taken another sensational turn with Viveka’s second wife coming into the picture. She belongs to the Muslim minority and is demanding a share in the properties owned by Viveka. “Viveka’s daughter Sunitha is creating hurdles for us and we are ready for the legal battle,” informed Viveka’s second wife’s lawyer to the media.
The big question is, how come she suddenly entered this case and scene? What was she doing all these days and who is behind her? Viveka’s second wife is Shaik Shameem and her advocate released a press statement earlier in the day. The advocate added that they will file a petition in the Telangana High Court based on the will written by Viveka.
Shameem’s lawyer added that they are ready for a DNA test to verify whether her son Shaik Shahenshah is related to Viveka. She further explained that she will ask the Telangana High Court to give the due share as per the will penned by Viveka. Observers say that it is clear that this case is going to turn again.
However one should notice that it was Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy who disclosed about Viveka’s second wife. Appearing before the CBI for the fifth time, Avinash Reddy claimed that Viveka’s daughter, Dr. Sunitha Reddy and Viveka’s second wife Shameem are having differences and due to this personal tussle, he might have been killed.
Many doubts erupt with Shameem coming into the picture. It’s been four years that Viveka was killed and not even once, Shameem or her family has come before the media. With the case revolving around MP Avinash, Shameem is unexpectedly coming on the screen. It is noteworthy that there is a discussion in legal circles that there are big heads behind Viveka’s murder. And who are they? Is this any gimmick to divert the case further?
