Hollywood Director James Gunn Wants to direct NTR

SS Rajamouli’s epic adventure RRR changed everything for Indian cinema and for the actors. The man of masses NTR seems to be on a roll. The actor recently started shooting for his next with Koratala Siva NTR 30. The actor also roped in to play lead role in Yash Raj Films’ Spyverse film War 2.

Now a Hollywood director expresses his wish to team up with him. DC studios head and filmmaker James Gunn says he would love to team up with NTR for a film. The director, currently awaiting the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, said NTR can be the actor he introduces in the Guardians universe, but hasn’t thought about a role for him yet.

In an interview with News18, Gunn was asked which Indian actor he will introduce into the Guardians universe, to which the director said, “that guy” from RRR. Who is the guy from RRR that’s so good.. What’s his name? RRR, the big one from last year? With all the tigers coming out of the cage and everything? That guy!” he said, referring to Jr NTR. “I would love to work with that guy someday. So amazing, so cool.

The director also confessed on Twitter in July last year that he watched the NTR-Ram Charan starrer and ‘totally dug it.’
