Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu celebrated her birthday on Friday while working on the set of ‘Citadel’ in Madhya Pradesh. Samantha is currently busy shooting for the series and will be celebrating her special day with the team. Despite having a packed schedule, Samantha loves the fact that she will be spending her birthday doing what she loves the most, acting.
A source close to the actor shared, “Samantha has had a choc-o-bloc couple of months with work commitments. Her birthday this year coincides with her Citadel schedule. She is shooting in Orccha in Madhya Pradesh for a 10-day schedule of the series. Samantha loves that it’s a working birthday and she will be celebrating it on set, doing what she loves the most, acting.”
Samantha recently attended the UK premiere of the international series ‘Citadel’ created by the Russo Brothers. The show stars Priyanka Chopra alongside Richard Madden. Samantha and Varun are part of the Indian version of ‘Citadel’.
In addition to ‘Citadel’, Samantha will be seen in an upcoming romantic film ‘Kushi’ opposite actor Vijay Deverakonda. She recently impressed the audience with her acting skills in ‘Shaakuntalam’, which is based on Kalidasa’s work and tells the story of Shakuntala and her courtship with King Dushyant.
Despite having a busy schedule, Samantha continues to impress her fans with her talent and dedication to her craft.
