Director Vijay Kanakamedala and Naresh are working together again on their upcoming action thriller “Ugram,” which is set to be released on May 5th. During an interview, Naresh discussed the difficulty of filming certain sequences in his new movie. Specifically, he mentioned that he needed to smoke 500 cigarettes over the course of 4 days for a fight scene; due to this risk-taking attitude, his health deteriorated and he developed cough and fever.
