Buzz: UV Creations Moving Away From Prabhas Films

Encouraging his friend to become producers, Superstar Prabhas has clubbed his cousin Pramod and friend Vikram Reddy to start UV Creations, the banner that got associated with most of Baahubali’s films. In fact, they were supposed to be the local partners for Adipurush, Spirit and other movies too. But it looks like Prabhas has put a full stop to that trend. 

Other day it has come out that the producer of Prabhas latest film “Raja Deluxe”, People Media Factory, has bought the Telugu rights of Aadipurush for nearly ₹170 crores. That’s a shocker because already UV Creations entered as the local partner of the movie long back and has planned to release the film massively in the two Telugu states. And now it is coming out that UV Creations will not be associating with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit as well, while People Media Factory will be co-producing the movie. 

Some say that the IT raids in recent times on UV Creations have led to this situation and that is the reason why People Media Factory entered the scene. But then, some reports are doing rounds that UV Creations posted huge losses in recent times due to flop shows of various movies they have associated with, hence they have decided to move away from Prabhas’ big-budget bonanzas. Whatever it may be, the entry of People Media Factory and moving out of UV Creations from Prabhas’ movies has become the talk of the town now.
