Actress Rakul Preet Singh stayed away from South cinema for a while. Though a couple of her films were released in Bollywood recently, they did not really work well. There are other projects in the pipeline and she is a star heroine now. But what would have happened if her acting career did not flourish this well in the beginning? Rakul Preet has got an answer for that and she has her own plans for a day like that.
Rakul appeared in an episode of the podcast The Habit Coach and she revealed that she had a plan B if acting did not work out for her. Rakul says she was 20 when she moved to Bombay and she’s a Maths graduate. She told herself she will give it a try in acting for 2 years and if it doesn’t work out, she will get back to her studies.
‘That’s the reason I completed my graduation. The first film happened when I was in college. But, I fell short of attendance and then I was like no, let me finish my college. So yeah I gave myself 2 years, luckily things worked out. But Plan B was that I would do an MBA in Fashion but, luckily I didn’t have to do that, it worked out.’
Well, Rakul’s acting career worked really well and now she is one of the top league actresses in India. Needless to say that she must have had business plans along with the movies, just like any other actors do.
