Janhvi Kapoor is a prominent actress in the Hindi film industry. While she has appeared in several Bollywood movies, her pan-India debut will be in the film “Devara,” starring Jr NTR as the lead hero. To date, Janhvi has been a part of six films. Among them, “Dhadak,” “Roohi,” and “Mili” had theatrical releases, while “Gunjan Saxena,” “Ghost Stories,” and “Good Luck Jerry” were directly released on OTT platforms. Her seventh film, “Bawaal,” will also have a direct digital release.
“Bawaal,” directed by Nitesh Tiwari, features Varun Dhawan as the lead hero. The movie is set to have its world premiere on Amazon Prime Video in July, with the official release date soon to be announced. Prime Video will make The film available for viewers in over 200 countries. “Bawaal” is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment in collaboration with Earthsky Pictures.
Due to her numerous OTT releases, Janhvi is now often referred to as the “OTT queen of Bollywood.”
However, it is hoped that she will transcend this label by achieving great success with “Devara” and making a significant impact in theaters.
