NRI Producer Shankar Naidu Adusumilli’s upcoming film ‘Bharateeyans’ is a patriotic cinematic spectacle that pays tribute to Indian martyrs. The movie, releases today (July 14th), is expected to be an emotional and nationalist powerhouse.
Shankar Naidu, the producer, proudly identifies himself as the son of Bharat Mata (Mother India) and emphasizes the importance of courage, unity, and strength among Indians. He voices concerns about China’s actions, accusing them of territorial encroachment and attempting to rename areas in Arunachal Pradesh as part of South Tibet.
Highlighting his support for the Indian soldiers, Shankar Naidu expresses dismay over the loss of soldiers in the Galwan Valley clash and calls for unity among citizens. He firmly believes that the film is a heartfelt tribute to the army personnel who protect the country’s borders, enabling a peaceful life for its people.
Directed by Deena Raj, ‘Bharateeyans’ features an ensemble cast including Nirroze Putcha, Subha Ranjan, Sonam Thendup Barphungpa, Samaira Sandhu, Peden O Namgyal, and Rajeswari Chakraborty.
Despite suggestions from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to make changes, such as altering references to China and removing mentions of the Galwan Valley, Shankar Naidu staunchly defended the film, arguing that it serves as a response to China’s atrocities.
‘Bharateeyans’ promises to be a cinematic experience that evokes emotions and celebrates the spirit of nationalism while paying tribute to the sacrifices of Indian martyrs.
