On a daily basis, an update is coming out about this upcoming film that features Allu Arjun and is directed by Trivikram.
Since the official announcement is out, there is a lot of buzz being heard as the makers themselves announced that it is going to be a pan-India sizzler, while some other reports indicated that it will be a socio-fantasy movie. But here’s the catch.
Perhaps this is the first time that Trivikram is actually trying his hand at a pan-India film or at the least, a content that hopes the whole of India will embrace. That’s an acid test for him because his previous blockbuster Ala Vaikuntapurramlo hasn’t done well in Bollywood when remade as Shehzada.
At the same time, there is no track record of his films being remade in other languages and them turning into blockbusters. Always his content, dialogues and situations stick around Telugu nativity only. So if he has to prove to the whole of India now, he has to come out of that nutshell and do something really amazing.
At the same time, Trivikram also needs to work on his casting process as well as music for Allu Arjun’s film, as the South Indian touch is not going to work there, but only something that is ultra-mass will do the needful. Hope the director has taken enough care of those aspects for AA’s movie, while he has Mahesh Babbu’s Guntur Kaaram to be wrapped first.
