Directed by Samuthirakani, Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej shared the screen space for the first time in the film BRO. Trivikram Srinivas penned the film’s dialogues and screenplay. The makers held a pre-release event today, graced by the film’s cast and crew. During the event, Sai Dharam Tej delivered an emotional speech, reflecting on the opportunity to work on the film.
Sai Dharam Tej revealed that Pawan Kalyan had initially called him and offered the film. However, he hesitated to take up the role initially, but later, Pawan insisted on the actor doing the film.
Sai Dharam Tej also shared a challenging time he faced after the film’s release, during which he had an accident and was in a coma for 12 days. Pawan Kalyan’s presence and words of encouragement during that difficult period played a significant role in Sai Tej’s recovery, for which he thanked Power Star wholeheartedly.
“The film BRO will exceed fans’ expectations and leave them with pride and satisfaction. I thank the director Samuthirakani, Trivikram Srinivas, and the entire team for allowing me to be part of the film,” said Sai Tej.
During the pre-release event, director Samudrakhani delivered a heartfelt speech in Telugu. Samudrakhani narrated how he shared the story with Trivikram Srinivas, who was captivated by the narrative. Trivikram suggested taking the story to a larger canvas and wanted to do it with a big hero. He proposed the idea of casting Pawan Kalyan for the role. Samudrakhani felt privileged and awaited the opportunity to work with Pawan Kalyan.
Samudrakhani admired Pawan Kalyan’s dedication and said he is ready to walk with him on this incredible journey to serve the people.
The film is hitting the screens on the 28th of this month.
