Other day when rumours have started coming up that a biopic on former actress and director, Vijaya Nirmala, who has breathed her last in June 2019 at the age of 73, we have already explained how difficult it is to make a workable film on her life. And now, none other than her son Naresh comes into the scene to talk about the same.
“We have not given the rights of making a biopic on my mother Vijaya Nirmala garu to anyone. And she is a woman who has many facets including that of a Guinness Record Holding filmmaker (A woman who directed 43 films), so it is not that easy to make a biopic on her” says actor Naresh. He added that there is no question of making the so called biopic, without waiting for a year at least. Why so?
“Actually my mother herself asked me to prepare a script for her biopic. I’ve done that for a while, but her health got deteriorated and she left the world. Now I may take a year to finish the script, then take permission from all the family members before actually going to the shoot” says Naresh, explaining the work involved to take the biopic to sets.
But for now, all the talks about a biopic are just rumours.
