The initial part of the upcoming movie “Salar,” featuring Superstar Prabhas in the lead role, has reportedly been completed in terms of the first copy, but only with a twist. And right now, director Prashanth Neel is said to be working on that aspect, as he’s beating his head to get the right length for the movie.
Buzz has that “Salaar: Chapter 1: Ceasefire” final cut is more than 3 hours and 15 minutes and the director is not happy with it. He is considering extending the actual run time to around 2 hours and 50 minutes, aiming to strike a balance between storytelling and audience engagement. However, even after various edits, the filmmaker is said to be struggling to remove those additional 15 minutes, they say.
Currently, Prashanth Neel is said to be mulling over the same matter, contemplating whether to trim it down to 2 hours and 50 minutes or keep the excess. Audiences are curious to see what sort of twist the director brings to this aspect. “Salar” is slated for a worldwide release on September 28th.
Meanwhile, fans are waiting for the first single from the film to be released, or if possible, the final trailer of the film. Already they are trending negative hashtags around the film as the makers not giving any updates.
