Can Anushka Succeed In Her ‘bold’ Attempt?

Published by

Tollywood’s Lady superstar Anushka Shetty is all set to take on a bold and progressive character in her upcoming film “Miss Shetty Mister Shetty.” The recently unveiled trailer offers a sneak peek into the intriguing narrative of the film, where Anushka’s character embarks on a unique mission to conceive without the constraints of marriage. Now, the question is how far Anushka can convince the audience with this bold characterization.

Oftentimes in Telugu cinema, we have witnessed the audiences not showing their liking to characters that are against the values preset in the society, and this time, Anushka is trying something that is out of her genre so far.

In the trailer, Anushka’s character sets out to find the perfect partner for her unconventional journey, and her path crosses with Naveen Polishetty. As the two characters interact and forge an agreement, the comic caper takes an interesting turn, promising a blend of entertainment and thought-provoking themes.

However, the makers cleverly underplayed the bold concept in the trailer, which could be a way to not terrify the audience at once. With Anushka headlining the project, one can imagine that the things projected in the film may not cross the line.

“Miss Shetty Mister Shetty” is directed by the talented Mahesh Babu and produced by UV Creations. The film departs from Anushka’s previous roles, as she embodies a light-hearted character with a touch of seriousness towards the end of the trailer.

With a release date set for September 7, fans eagerly await the chance to witness the chemistry between Anushka and Naveen on the big screen.
