After Son, Dad Gets Trolled For Bad Music

In recent times, there has been a significant letdown in the music department of Telugu films. Mahati Swara Sagar’s musical composition for “Bholaa Shankar” was highly anticipated, especially for its potential to elevate the Megastar’s performance.

However, the final result fell short of expectations, leading to a barrage of criticism and trolling in the weeks following the film’s release. Following the disappointment caused by his son, now his legendary father is getting criticised for the same.

A disappointment has now emerged from renowned composer Mani Sharma, who was once celebrated as the maestro of melodies and background scores. Yesterday release of “Bedurulanka 2012,” a film centered around an apocalyptic theme, presented a prime opportunity for an engaging and immersive background score.

Unfortunately, even in theaters equipped with Dolby Atmos technology, the impact of the music was notably absent. The absence of fresh background music and captivating sound design was stark, and the film’s songs, in contrast, seemed to fade from memory quickly.

Despite expectations soaring after the success of “Ismart Shankar,” Mani Sharma’s work on ‘Acharya’ and “Bedurulanka 2012” has failed to receive the acclaim his fans hoped for. This underwhelming response mirrors the recent disappointment caused by his son’s work, compounding the challenges for the accomplished composer. It is hoped that both composers are attentive to the critical feedback being voiced by audiences and enthusiasts.
