A Quickie From Mahesh Before SSMB29?

Published by

Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently working with Trivikram Srinivas for Guntur Kaaram. The film is scheduled for a grand release during Sankranthi 2024. After this, Mahesh will join hands with SS Rajamouli, and the project is currently in the scripting stage. The industry reports reveal that Rajamouli and his father, Vijayendra Prasad, are fully engaged in preparing the bound script, and it may take up to August for them to finish the same. Now, Mahesh witnesses an opportunity here to bring another film forward.

According to the latest reports in the film nagar, Mahesh Babu wants to utilize his free time from January to August next year. Since it is a film with the perfectionist Rajamouli, there are chances for the film to get further delayed. Hence, foreseeing the same, Mahesh wants to do another film for which he is considering multiple options.

So far, among all the directors Mahesh Babu has worked with, Puri Jagannath and Anil Ravipudi have completed films in less time. Mahesh may not work with Puri Jagannath as the director is occupied with Double iSmart. However, Anil Ravipudi may be ready to work with Mahesh for the second time.

During the time of Sarileru Neekevaru, Anil Ravipudi confessed that he had another subject for Mahesh Babu. Most likely, after the release of Bhagvanth Kesari, Anil may meet Mahesh and discuss the story. If everything goes well, Anil Sunkara might come on board to pool the resources for the movie.

Having said and done, Mahesh Babu is yet to make up his mind on the same but he is keeping his options open.
