“Yatra” narrated the remarkable journey of the late former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Rajashekar Reddy. The film was released in 2019. The film focuses on the real-life events of the current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Jaganmohan Reddy. The film’s first look has come out.
Tamil actor Jeeva has been cast in the role of Jaganmohan Reddy. The motion poster for “Yatra 2” has already been released, creating a positive impression on the audience. The latest first look features Jeeva on one side and Mammootty on the other, with the words “The world may not know who I am yet. But remember one thing. I am YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s son” inscribed on the poster.
Mammootty played the lead role in the first part, while “Yatra 2” will feature both Mammootty and Jeeva in prominent roles. This political thriller is a joint production between Three Atom Leaves and V Celluloid, with music by Santhosh Narayanan.
The makers also announced the film’s release date, set for February 8, 2024.
