One of the biggest rumours doing rounds at the moment is that Raviteja’s latest movie “Tiger Nageswara Rao” has a huge runtime of 3 hours 5 minutes, which the director Vamsee is not agreeing to trim it. The rumour has that the producer and distributors are insisting on chopping the second half but the director is not agreeing to do so. How much of this is true?
When quizzed by Gulte.com about the same, producer Abhishek Agarwal clarified that the decision related to the runtime of the movie isn’t taken by the director Vamsee alone. “We have sat down, watched the film and found that the long runtime is appropriate. It’s a team decision to have such a long runtime and the director hasn’t taken the call alone. Once you watch the film everyone will understand the reason behind such a long time” said Abhishek, the maker of films like The Kashmiri Files and Karthikeya 2.
Well, it is coming out that the makers of TNR are quite confident with the film’s output that they are not even worried about the presence of Balayya’s Bhagwant Kesari and Vijay’s LEO are releasing a day ahead. Of course, the producers of these three films have wished each other, and movie lovers are eagerly waiting to see them all win. Let’s see what happens.
