Amala Paul was earlier married to filmmaker AL Vijay. But, the couple divorced after three years of their marriage. Now, she seems to be planning to get married soon. On the occasion of her birthday, she received a special proposal from her boyfriend, Jagat Desai. Jagat celebrated the occasion by delivering a surprise proposal, which he documented in a video shared on Instagram.
In the video, Jagat first presented a dance performance and then knelt down to propose to Amala, who appeared pleasantly surprised and accepted his proposal with a kiss.
The proposal took place at a resort in Goa, where the couple is currently vacationing. Jagat affectionately referred to Amala as his “Gypsy Queen” in the video.
Jagat Desai, originally from Goa, is reported to work as a manager at a popular luxury villa. Amala Paul and Jagat have been in a relationship for some time. They only recently made their relationship public.
