‘Spy’ Was Released With 10 Days Of Shooting Left – Nikhil

Published by

Nikhil’s Spy movie was released amid big expectations after he scored a huge success with Karthikeya 2. There were rumors of Nikhil objecting to the release and also that he refused to finish the dubbing as he was not satisfied with the product. Proving this to be true, Nikhil opened up on Spy failure at another event today.

While saying that he will make sure that mistakes from the past are not repeated, he divulged why Spy went on to become a disaster. Nikhil says that the movie Spy was released with almost 10 days of shooting part left. The makers pushed it towards release by rushing the post-production without shooting it completely.

Spy revolves around the concept of chasing the mystery behind the missing freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandrabose. Nikhil admits that there were many blunders with the Spy and it was released as an unfinished product, the reason why it could not impress the audience. He also promises that his upcoming films ‘Karthikeya 3, ‘Swayambhu’ and ‘The India House’ are of quality making along with good stories.

Nikhil Siddhartha is right now busy with ‘Swayambhu’ shooting and is getting trained for 3 months in martial arts and horse riding.
