If there is any sequel that is the most awaited one in the whole of the Indian film world, it is definitely a sequel to S Shankar’s superhit film “Bharateeyudu” only. The film titled Indian in Tamil came in 1996 and now in 2023-24, the sequel is coming and today the star director stunned everyone with how he is going to showcase India and Indian ‘Kamal Haasan’ through an intro video.
Back in the 1996-dated film, Senapathi (Kamal) says in the end that if there is a need, he will come back. And now in the present day, with corruption spreading its fangs all over the society again, a social media movement has been launched asking Bharateeyudu to come back. As the hashtag #ComebackIndian starts to trend, the intro shows that Kamal is back as he says, “Namasthe India! Bharateeyudu is Back”. The intro-video promises a huge film as Shankar has carved another extraordinary film it looks like going by the visuals and the production design.
While Anirudh’s background score song, ‘Come Back Indian’ is catchy, Ravi Varman’s visuals added more vibe to that. The intro video gave teasing glimpses of other actors in the film like Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, SJ Surya, Bobby Simha, Vivek, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Brahmanandam, Samuthirakani as well.
