Every Friday changes the fate of someone in the film industry and some Fridays are pretty important for some heroes and directors. But this Friday (November 17) it looks like it is very important for all the starlets featured in those movies. Here’s a quick glance at all the films that are hitting cinemas tomorrow.
The first preference of the masses in many theatres is none other than RX100 fame Ajay Bhupathi’s “Mangalavaram”. He repeated his debut film heroine Payal Rajput in this one as well. While Ajay will surely get other movies for the kind of orator he is, definitely the film is an acid test for Payal as her graph went downwards big time in recent times. She’s not being pitted against opposite star heroes right now and her OTT ventures are also an instant hit. So she should get a huge break with this film.
Next comes the film “Spark”, which is produced, and directed by a newcomer with a newcomer hero. The film got huge publicity for roping in Mehreen and Rukshar Dhillon as the main leads. Despite being the heroine of big stars like Nani and Sharwa, and part of franchise movies like F2, Mehreen’s recent failures led her to no-offer land. This is the only happening movie in her hand right now and she needs to prove it.
At the same time, Rukshar didn’t get lucky with the success of Vishwaksen’s Ashoka Vanamlo movie, and she needs a sparkling break too.
At the same time, Hansika Motwani’s delayed film My Name Is Shruti, her first female-lead-oriented movie, is hitting cinemas too. If this film works, Hansika might find some more time in Tollywood, but otherwise, she would be pushed more towards the exit door. That’s why the film’s success is very crucial for her.
Coming to the dubbed film, Rakshit Shetty’s Sapta Sagaralu Daati Side-B, the film should work well for heroine Rukmini Vasanth who gained immense craze in the Kannada industry post the release but hasn’t gained a footprint in the Telugu industry.
Let’s see what happens to all these heroines this Friday as movie lovers are waiting to catch up with all these films, performances and euphoria.
