Widely recognized for her fiery personality, Kangana Ranaut is often embroiled in controversies. She has established herself as a versatile actress in Hindi and even did a couple of movies in the South. However, despite her multifaceted career, Kangana Ranaut has recently been grappling with a lack of substantial success.
The Hindi film “Tejas” proved a significant disappointment, adding to the underwhelming performance of the Tamil and Hindi blockbuster “Thalaivi.” Even her recent venture, “Chandramukhi-2,” where she played the titular role, failed to make a mark at the box office.
Despite these setbacks, Kangana continues to find new opportunities. In a recent development, Kangana Ranaut has secured a role in another Tamil film, where she will be sharing the screen with actor Madhavan, reuniting them after their previous collaboration in the Hindi film “Tanu Weds Manu.”
The film is helmed by AL Vijay, the director of “Thalaivi,” where Kangana played the lead role. Meanwhile, Kangana is also working on her self-directed Hindi film, “Emergency,” which is currently in production.
