There are some heroines who have always showcased their acting prowess in their debut films no matter the result of that film. That’s how the likes of Kajal Aggarwal and Sreeleela grabbed many movies even though a blockbuster happened for them a couple of movies later. That’s not the case with everyone anyway.
After debuting with Nani’s Krishnarjuna Yuddham, Rukshar Mir bagged a flop with that. But the actress later tried to bounce back with a couple of films that didn’t work at the box office. Changing her name from Rukshar Mir to Rukshar Dhillon, she signed movies like ABCD and then Vishwak Sen’s Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam, and irrespective of their box office result, she got some attention.
However, recent films like Spark didn’t do anything for her career, but the actress went on to sign Nagarjuna’s Naa Saami Ranga. Alongside Ashika Ranganath, she will be seen as the female lead in this Sankranthi release. Later, she has Kiran Abbavaram’s film lined up too.
These days, actresses are fizzling out with just two flops, but then, grabbing these many films is due to her beautiful looks and also a bit of luck. However, if Ruskhar is to stay here, she has to prove her mettle through her acting chops. She would be cementing her position here if she bags one proper success.
