The ‘Main Atal Hoon’ trailer opens with Atal Bihari Vajpayee addressing the Kargil war situation and transitions into flashbacks of his younger days as a leader.
The trailer highlights key events, including his criticism of Article 370, the formation of the BJP, and his efforts to overcome obstacles for the country’s betterment. The trailer unfolds his life as a common man, a sportsman, a poet, a revolutionary leader and also a prime minister.
Pankaj Tripathi, known for his stellar performances, appears to have put considerable effort into portraying Atal Bihari Vajpayee. His attempt to capture Vajpayee’s distinctive accent and modulate his voice is earnest and shows improvement from what was seen in the teaser.
The much-anticipated biopic on the late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, titled ‘Main Atal Hoon,’ is set to hit theaters on January 19, 2024.
