On Wednesday evening, suddenly it started to come out that Mass Raja’s “Eagle” might move out of the Sankranthi race. With talk everywhere that Dil Raju grabbed almost 90 single screens for Guntur Kaaram in Hyderabad, rumours started to spread that a couple of movies are dropping from Pongal race, and Eagle is one of them. But it looks like all of them are not true.
Surprising everyone, Ravi Teja’s Eagle has finished the Censor formalities, and the film is certified U/A by the Board today. Revealing the same, the makers of the film have come up with a new poster, mentioning the “January 13” release date yet again, thus indicating that there is no question of postponing the movie. In fact, this reassured fans that Eagle is not moving out, and like the makers shared earlier, they have locked sufficient theatres for the film already, and long back itself.
Directed by cinematographer Karthik Ghattamaneni as his second directorial venture, Eagle features Ravi Teja in the role of a stylish assassin with a mass flashback in India. The film has Kavya Thapar playing the leading lady, while Anupama Parameswaran will be seen in a crucial role.
