By Wednesday, the collections of “HanuMan” have already touched the ₹115 crore gross (₹60 cr share) mark from the worldwide box office in its 5-days of run at the box office. In Telugu states alone, the film touched ₹40 crores gross mark, which means that the film is a blockbuster of epic proportions. And the trade pundits are expecting that the film might throw a mega surprise in its full run.
In cities like Bengaluru, owing to the demand, currently, more than 400+ shows of HanuMan are being screened each day, while the film’s bookings in Overseas (USA) are not receding at the given time. Along with Telugu states, the rising Karnataka collections of the film, and the opponent-less Hindi success of the movie are likely to contribute big numbers in the coming weekend. All these things put together, the trade pundits are predicting that the film will end up collecting ₹200 crores gross easily in its full run.
On the other hand, many are wondering if the film is getting enough screens as per the demand in cities like Hyderabad and other Telangana towns, as one could notice that films that fetched poor talk than HanuMan are actually placed in good theatres. We have to see if this rhetoric might get changed from next weekend.
