One of the biggest successes in recent days for a small film is none other than “Baby”, directed by Sai Razesh and produced by SKN, while Anand Devarkonda and Vyshnavi Chaitanya appeared as leads. And this ₹100 crores grosser is now being remade in Bollywood, leading to various speculations regarding the cast and crew. Here are some updates.
In fact, the makers of “Baby” have approached and held discussions with various star kids like Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Kattar, Bobby Deol’s son Aryaman Deol and Abhishek Bachhan’s nephew Agastya Nanda, but nothing concrete is said to have come out. Regarding heroines, they have considered Kushi Kapoor but later opted for a social media sensation, marking the latter’s debut. However, a casting director from Mumbai is aboard the project, and the casting will be finalised soon.
At the same time, Sai Razesh is said to have felt the need to get Bollywood-like music for Baby’s Hindi version and opted to go for a leading composer from the Hindi arena rather than using Vijai Bulganin’s tunes which are a superhit here. While a popular dialogue writer duo is re-writing Baby’s Hindi version, currently a star composer is giving tunes for the film. Once the casting gets locked, the makers want to give an official announcement regarding the same.
