Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s Eagle is set to hit theaters worldwide tomorrow. The recently released film trailer has generated significant excitement surrounding the project. Director Karthik Gattamaneni, in a media interaction, shared insights into the film.
Describing the movie, Karthik explained, “Destruction is inherent in the concept of Eagle. It’s a grand entertainer with a larger-than-life scale. The protagonist’s acts of destruction are aimed at society, creating suspense. The film revolves around a cotton farmer tackling an international issue, which is also relevant to the audience. Drawing inspiration from beloved films like Rambo and Terminator, Eagle promises to be an outstanding action drama that will undoubtedly resonate with the crowd.”
Speaking about the challenges in the process of making the film, Karthik said, “There are many challenges as we go deep into film making. With the experience we have, we think we can complete a sequence in five days but can never finish on time. I thought I could shoot the climax episode in Eagle in a week. But it took 17 nights. We tried all the real effects for it. In this process, I troubled about four hundred people”.
He emphasized the significance of the second half of the film, stating, “The latter part of the movie is pivotal to the storyline. We have delved into the protagonist’s style through various characters, experimenting with styles reminiscent of Virumandi, Rashomon, and Vikram. Revealing the entire concept in advance would diminish the excitement. Watching the trailer after the movie will unveil that the concept was subtly embedded in the trailer itself.”
