Ileana Gives Up Her Glam Girl Image Completely

Known for flaunting her hour-glass figure, there is no exaggeration in saying that at one point of time probably this Goan siren, Ileana D’Cruz would have considered insuring her hip and that waist curve. However, after giving up on Telugu films, Ileana started treating her fans to bikini photos on the Instagram, that too without any makeup and all. And now it looks like she has decided to give up that glam-girl image completely.

In her return to silver screen post marriage and delivering a baby boy, the stunning Ileana D’Cruz takes on the lead role in “Tera Kya Hoga Lovely”, shedding light on prevalent societal issues like skin tone bias and dowry. Portraying a dark-skinned girl awaiting marriage, Ileana’s character faces the harsh realities of societal prejudices. Unlike her previous roles, that banked more on her glamour and occasionally some acting prowess, this role needs a total show-stealing effort from the actress and it looks like she wants to prove in that sense now.

Alongside her, Randeep Hooda plays a pivotal role as a police officer who stands by her side. Will this film work in Ileana’s favour and create her a big new journey in Bollywood, unlike previously which didn’t really work out for the hottie. Earlier she quit Tollywood during the top of her game, and tried luck in Bollywood, but no wonders happened for her. Directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua, the film is set for a release on International Women’s Day, March 8th, 2024.
