The latest Malayalam blockbuster, Manjummel Boys, is creating a storm at the box office. The film has joined the list of movies that crossed the 200 Cr mark at the box office.
The plot of Manjummel Boys revolves around a true incident from 2006. A group of students from Kerala finds themselves trapped in a cave and the movie explores their challenges inside the cave and their journey to safety.
Made on a small budget and released on February 22, the film is produced by Soubin Shahir, Babu Shahir, and Shawan Antony, with direction by Chidambaram. The film’s success has caught the attention of Mythri Movie Makers, who are gearing up to release the movie in Telugu. The Telugu release is scheduled for the 29th of this month.
The film is performing extremely well and it is expected to put more numbers on the board.
