Kalki 2898 AD is a film that we all eagerly await. Prabhas has teamed up with Nag Ashwin for a superhero film, and things are heating up as the film nears its release on May 9, 2024. However, with the announcement of the AP elections date of May 12, news surfaced that the makers are planning to postpone the film.
we have learned that the makers, Vyjayanthi Movies, have confirmed May 30th as the release date of Kalki 2898 AD. During these past few days, the makers, have been holding discussions with trade experts and distributors. Everyone involved feels that May 30th would be the perfect date. By then, the elections in AP will be over.
The shooting of the film has been wrapped up, and post-production formalities are currently underway. Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan play key roles in this film, which is a superhero project mounted on a mammoth scale.
As of now, the OTT deal has yet to be finalized as the makers are demanding substantial sums for all post-release rights. Kalki 2898 AD is one of the biggest films in Indian cinema and will now be released on May 30, 2024. An official confirmation about this release will be made by the makers soon.
