Right from December last year, the film “Gangs Of Godavari” which features Vishwaksen in the lead, got postponed a couple of times and the shooting of the film is going on still, while the movie is targeting a May 17th release. But then, the success of “Tillu Square” will be quite advantageous for the Godavari Gangs, for a reason.
Apparently when the film ‘Aadikeshava’ failed, many wondered why the story-picking abilities of Naga Vamsi took a downward spiral. The film’s routine massy storyline has hurt the fans of this production house. Then came Guntur Kaaram, which did well at the box office for Vamsi, but some movie lovers felt that the movie was routine from Trivikram. At that juncture, Tillu Square surprised film lovers and without even any special premieres or anything of that sort, the film got unanimous positive talk for its comedy and surpassed ₹100 crores gross mark too. That has now brought back confidence that Naga Vamsi will pick films that actually work at the box office.
All this good talk and positive vibe will now work positively on his next release which happens to be Vishwaksen’s Gangs of Godavari. As the film got postponed many times, there was some sort of negativity over the film, but Tillu Square’s success would blow it off. Also, the film might get a huge happening due to the Sithara factor.
