‘Family Star’ Director Trying To Get Energetic Star?

The scars left by the movie “Family Star” don’t just belong to Vijay Devarakonda but it is director Parasuram who is bearing all the brunt.

While the director’s Geetha Govindam was a massive success, the credit of Sarkaaru Vaari Paata went to Mahesh Babu. But now, when there are lots of expectations for Family Star, the film failed, and that pushed the director into a sort of tough spot too.

Reports are now coming up in Film Nagar that Parasuram is trying hard to get energetic star Ram Pothineni aboard for his next. He’s said to have met the handsome hero for a quick narration and currently, there is no clarity on whether the hero will do the film or not.

But we are hearing that Parasuram is hell-bent on announcing his next film very soon as he wants to disassociate from all the negative talk around Family Star. Even after the film debuted on OTT, it started to face a lot of harsh criticism, this time from other language audiences too.

On the other hand, these types of low moments are not new for Parasuram as the director faced a couple of such times earlier too in his career. From Yuvatha to Family Star, surely Parasuram has his highs and lows, and it’s time we see the director coming out with flying colours.
