The much-awaited Telugu film Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun has faced an unexpected delay in its release. The film was initially scheduled to hit theatres on August 15, 2024, but the makers have now announced a new release date of December 6, 2024. However, it looks like the producer of the film, Mythri Movie Makers will not miss out the August 15th slot.
The moment Pushpa 2 got postponed, other films have taken advantage of the vacant slot on August 15, 2024. Ram Pothineni’s new movie “Double Ismart” has been announced for release on this date, while couple of other movies are also likely to lock the same.
But then, Mythri Movie Makers are not giving up on the slot as they are planning to release a small-budget film on August 15, 2024, as they have a strong command over the distribution sector. This move is expected to keep the momentum going for the film until its new release date in December.
At the moment, Mythri Movie Makers has 2-3 small budgeted projects that are close to finish, and after watching the final copy in the first week of July, they will be locking the film that will hit cinemas on August 15th.
