The star-studded multilingual 3D spectacle Kalki 2898 AD is creating a storm at the ticket window in all the territories. The movie is on the verge of breaching the magical 500 Cr figure today (fourth day- Sunday).

Meanwhile, Kalki 2898 AD beats Baahubali 2 record in North America. This sci-fi directed by Nag Ashwin has breached $10 Million (83 Cr), with Sunday advance bookings of $590K+. The numbers are going to be bigger, by the end of Sunday.

Kalki 2898 AD is reportedly the highest-budgeted Indian movie, and this Vyjayanthi Production venture is likely to make profitable business through theatrical business alone.

The film’s sequel is expected to arrive next year.
