The film, directed by Koratala Siva, is a magnum opus produced on a massive budget of ₹300 crores. Janhvi has been vocal about her enthusiasm for the project, describing her character Thangam as “incredibly entertaining” and expressing her gratitude for being part of the film.
Devara: Part 1 is scheduled for release on September 27th this year, coinciding with the Dussehra holiday season that starts next week. The film also features Saif Ali Khan in a significant role and boasts an exceptional musical score by Anirudh Ravichander.
