Nani was the chief guest for the pre-release event of Priyadarshi and Nabha Natesh starrer Darling. The event was attended by the entire core team. Nani made some interesting revelations about his friendship and bonding with Priyadarshi and also expressed his of Darling to become a big hit.
Nani said, “The teaser and trailer were very much entertaining. We have seen a lot of action movies in recent times. We’re truly missing love stories and comedy entertainers. Last year, I came with Hi Nanna. I hope Darling will become a big hit.
Talented actors like Darshi choosing unique concepts makes me feel very proud. The idea of Lady Aparichitudu sounds very unique and humorous. Darshi will have an eye for discovering talent. He seems to have found another talent with Darling. I loved Aswin Raam’s writing.”
Nani briefed a memorable moment with Darshi during the shoot of Hi Nanna. “I found a very good friend in Darshi. I’ll always be there for him. Balagam is one of my favorite films in the decade. I hope Darling will also become a milestone film in his career.”
Later, Nani announced Darshi as the hero of his next production venture. “I can’t reveal much. But, debutant Jagadish will be directing the movie on Wall Poster Cinema. It’s Darshi who found him.”
The film Darling will be gracing the theatres on July 19th.
