In a recent interview, director Nag Ashwin of “Kalki 2898 AD” fame, drew an intriguing parallel between the highly anticipated film “Salaar” and the popular American epic fantasy series “Game of Thrones.” As he shared his unique perspective on how it relates to the acclaimed HBO series, fans of Superstar Prabhas are currently going gaga over it.
As Part 2 of “Kalki 2898 AD” is getting ready to come, recently Nag Ashwin was asked what sequel film he awaits as an audience amongst Pushpa 2, Salaar 2 and other sequel movies that are coming up. Answering this, Nag Ashwin, the Kalki director stated that he’s waiting for “Salaar 2”.
“I keep comparing ‘Salaar’ to ‘Game of Thrones’ because that TV series is known for fights between great houses and some terrific drama. Even Salaar has all of that and the final revelation that Prabhas belongs to an enemy house is a stunner. That’s the reason I want to watch Salaar 2 and also I’m biased that it is a Prabhas movie” Ashwin revealed.
The director’s comparison has sparked curiosity among fans, who are eager to see how the world of “Salaar” will unfold on the big screen in the second part. “Salaar 2,” directed by Prashanth Neel and starring Prabhas in the lead role, is one of the most anticipated sequels, but when would it go to floors is the question as Neel gave commitment to NTR’s movie as well.
