In a disappointing news, the release of Tamil hero Suriya’s ‘Aakashame Nee Haddu Raa’ (Soorari Pottru in Tamil) has been postponed. The film is confirmed for an OTT release and the date was locked on October 30th on Amazon Prime.
This delay is confirmed by hero Suriya who shared a statement on his Twitter handle. Suriya also mentioned about the reasons behind this push and added that it’s a matter of national security and they are dealing with real Indian AirForce aircrafts and security. A few new NOC (No Objection Certificates) are still in pending for approval and the wait is inevitable.
Suriya and the team of ‘Aakashame Nee Haddu Raa’ are left with no options rather to postpone the release. He hoped that his well-wishers, fans and general audience will take this delay in the right spirit.
Directed by Sudha Kongara, the film is inspired by the life of Air Deccan founder G. R. Gopinath and Suriya is playing the role of Gopinath.
