In a tribute to the legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao, whose 100th birth anniversary was celebrated in September, the Akkineni family has announced that the esteemed ANR Award will be presented to Padma Vibhushan Awardee Chiranjeevi.
This significant recognition highlights Chiranjeevi’s extraordinary contributions to Indian cinema and will be awarded during a ceremony on October 28 at Annapurna Studio Annexe 7 Acres. Today, Nagarjuna personally went to Chiranjeevi’s house and invited him to grace the occasion and also receive the award.
